Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Orbinly sells digital products only.

No physical products are shipped, and no shipping fees apply unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

After a successful purchase, your digital product will be made available electronically through Shopify’s digital delivery system.

You should receive access to your download shortly after payment is successfully processed.

Please make sure the email address used at checkout is correct, as download-related notifications may be sent to that email address.

If you do not receive access to your digital product, experience a broken download link, or have trouble opening your file, please contact Orbinly using the contact details provided on our website.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have compatible software or applications required to open and use the purchased file.

There are no physical delivery times because Orbinly products are delivered digitally.
