What do I receive?
You receive the digital file or files listed on the product page. Most Orbinly spreadsheet products are supplied as editable XLSX files that can be opened in Microsoft Excel and can usually be imported into Google Sheets.
Will anything be shipped?
No. Orbinly sells digital products only. No physical item will be mailed.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. Our spreadsheet products are designed to be customised for your own workflow. You can replace sample information, change categories and adapt the template to suit your needs.
Do I need advanced spreadsheet skills?
No. The products are designed for everyday users and include a Start Here section or clear labels where practical.
Can I use the files in Google Sheets?
Most Orbinly spreadsheet products are supplied as XLSX files and can usually be imported into Google Sheets. Some formatting or features may display slightly differently, so check the individual product page for compatibility details.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. Your purchase is for your own personal or business use unless a product page explicitly states otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, upload or share the original template files.
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered after delivery. If a file is defective, corrupted, materially different from its description or you have another issue covered by applicable consumer law, please contact us so we can help.
Are the finance templates financial or tax advice?
No. Any budgeting, cash-flow or tax-related spreadsheet is an organisational tool only and does not replace professional financial, accounting or tax advice.
What if I have a problem with my download?
