Orbinly sells digital products. No physical item will be shipped to you.
How delivery works
After your payment is successfully completed, your digital product will be made available through the delivery method shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Accessing your files
Download or save your files to a secure device after purchase. Some products may include files designed for Excel, Google Sheets or other commonly used software. Check the individual product description for compatibility details.
If your download does not arrive
First, check your email inbox and spam or junk folder using the same email address entered at checkout. If you still cannot access your purchase, contact orbinly.support@gmail.com with your order details.
Digital product purchases
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may be limited once a file has been delivered or accessed. Any refund request will be considered in line with our store policy and applicable Australian consumer law.
Personal use and sharing
Your purchase is for the use permitted by the licence provided with the product. Unless a product states otherwise, files must not be resold, redistributed or shared as your own product.
